HOW MANY PHOTOS/PRINTS CAN I HAVE DURING MY EVENT?

Unlimited prints! You will also be provided with an online gallery of all photos taken throughout the event. 

WILL THERE BE SOMEONE TO HELP US OPERATE THE BOOTH?

Yes, we will have someone from our team on site for the whole time the booth is hired.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP THE BOOTH?

Allow an hour for set up and an hour for pack down. 

DIMENSIONS

We need at least 10 by 10 feet and access to a single power point and level ground.

ARE SETUP AND TAKEDOWN INCLUDED IN MY BOOKING TIME?โ€จ

The booth is set up an hour before the run time starts and is all included in the cost. If you book a 4 hour package, that is 1 hour for setup and 4 hours of run time.

CAN THE BOOTH BE SET UP HOURS BEFORE IT STARTS?

Yes! And it is great to have the booth set up so it looks good until it is used later in the night. We do charge an idle fee of $50 per hour for when the booth sits in idle.

CAN I POST TO MY SOCIAL MEDIA STRAIGHT FROM THE PHOTO BOOTH?

Yes, you can email and text photos straight from the booth to your phone and post to social media.

CAN I CHOOSE THE BACKDROP I LIKE?

Yes, you can choose any from our backdrop collection depending on the your package. You can also custom your backdrop that matches your theme event.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

We include free travel within RALEIGH, DURHAM AND CHAPEL HILL, NC. Events outside that area may incur a small travel fee.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR WEEKDAY OR NON-WEDDING EVENTS?

Yes! We offer up to 25% off for weekday (Monโ€“Thurs) events and celebrations under 75 guests โ€” like birthdays, school functions, or brand events.

CAN I GET A DIGITAL COPY OF ALL PHOTOS?โ€จ

Absolutely. Every package includes a private online gallery delivered within 48 hours. You and your guests can download, share, and relive the memories.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?โ€จ

A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one month after the initial payment. If you choose to pay in full at the time of booking, a 5% discount will be applied.
